How Is This Business So Powerful?

We are changing the way people look at business. Ultimate Cycler takes 7 business systems and combines it into one powerful business. All these principals and concepts are united into one system. We combine franchise, networking, traditional business, and we use leverage, residual income and duplication.  When you bring them together, they become a great synergy.

Network marketing is people telling people about something they like, word of mouth, but instead it tracks all the sales with a sophisticated system so you would get paid. This system will pay you to be an info broker, someone to pass information to others. Where in the information age, not the manufacturing age, nor in the distribution age. Social media is an evidence of this fact. People are paying for information.

Ultimate Cycler is in the fore front of sharing information. We have a 100% payout. With 3.3 million dollars that’s past hands member to member, and not a dime paid to the company, which makes it a pure net 100% payout. The reason were  able to have 100% payout is because instead of having a physical product that you have to pay to manufacture, box it, postage mailing, administration and staff to go along with it. In Ultimate Cycler we bypass that cost because we provide digital products. Information age combined with digital products is our first leveraging point we use in our company. We have software, digital products, mobile apps information and educational videos included within our back office. How priceless is education?

The key thing is once the company builds the software and or buys the rights for it, it doesn’t matter if it’s a thousand, or 100 thousand distributors using it, it’s still the same cost to produce. Look at Microsoft; they have digital products, they develop Windows 8 and 9, that’s a cost for them. So you have 5 million, 10 million, 20 million people and so on ordering that product, and it’s still the same cost to them.  Where does that money go?  We’ll it makes Bill Gates instead of a 30 million dollar man into a 50 million dollar man, and all of that money goes back into his pockets because it’s all more money for him. Ultimate Cycler changed that business scenario to ensure that the members keep 100% of the money. It’s understood that the members are the most valuable resource. Instead of the members paying the company, members pay other members directly.

Ways to Enhance Your Current Business

There’s no question about it, weather you’re operating a retail store to your average online business, were all in the business of marketing. You can have a brand new concept, with fresh ideas and a hot website, but if you don’t have a way to promote yourself, you’re not getting seen or herd. So with that in mind, I provide a few tools to help enhance your business. Starting with the easy to use Lead Scraper software. (This product is only available for the PC, not for the Mac.)

How this Lead Scraper software works:

This software pulls data from websites by inputting a keyword into the system, like a company’s name. That key word will extract related information from that site, like affiliates name and contact information. Once the software receives the leads, it is then stored in a folder. The search engines used are; Google, Bing, Super Pages, Yahoo, Yellow pages.
This Lead Scraper Software is valued at ($195), but for being a member with Ultimate Cycler, you’ll receive it free. To join for only $25 click on the link below. http://ultimatecapturepages.com/jallen

Bring Your Dreams to Life by Creating a Personal Mission Statement

Your mission statement tells the world who you are and what you hope to do with your life. It helps you focus throughout your life on what you feel your purpose is.
Consider a couple of examples of personal mission statements:
A working parent's mission statement: "I want to be the best parent I can be and still excel in my sales career. My hope is to eventually become involved in a charity foundation that helps other people live safer, more secure, and fulfilling lives."
A counselor's mission statement: "My purpose on earth is to assist others in resolving their life struggles and moving on to live their best life possible. Also, taking in and spreading knowledge through a variety of media such as speaking, writing, and teaching are important for me to live a life that truly matters. I want to experience what it's like to love and be loved deeply."
Creating your mission statement will enrich your life in many ways!
The process will help you clarify your hopes and dreams and discover what is most important to you. Then, you can create goals that support your mission and move your life toward fulfilling your purpose. And working towards those goals will become a joy in itself!
This 6-step process will help you formulate your own personal mission statement:
1. Reflect on your life goals. Describe your top four or five wishes for your entire life. Those are your life goals.
2. Identify what you want to learn. Do you require more knowledge to work toward achieving your life goals? If so, you'll want to include something about continuous learning or education in your statement.
3. Think in the short-term. What is it you wish to work on over the next decade or so? Maybe it's settling into a new community and establishing yourself as an expert in yoga. Perhaps it's getting yourself through college and finding work that fulfills you.
4. Ponder the long-term - throughout your life span. What do you want to be doing 30 or 40 years from now?
* Consider elderly people in your life that you respect, admire, or consider as your mentors. How are they making a difference in their lives as they age?
* As you mature, you'll accumulate a lot of life knowledge, experience, and expertise in your field. How could you use it when you're 60, 70, or even 80 years old? How would you like to use your knowledge and personal "gifts" for others?

* How do you want your journey to unfold?

5. Ask yourself, "What do I hope to accomplish before I die?" What would you like to be known for? How do you want others to remember you after you've passed on?
6. Use your own words. For example, you might say, "I want to help as many people as I can as a social worker in a large city." Or "My main goals in life are to learn as much as I can about staying in shape and remaining in excellent health, and to help others learn to stay in good health, too." Such specifics can be included in your statement.
Writing your personal mission statement not only gives your life focus, but it also provides meaning, purpose, and incentive for you to do everything possible to live your best life.

Create your personal mission statement today. You have a lot of living to do!

Look Within for the Answers

Usually my gut instinct is the correct one. When I ignore my gut, I usually make the wrong decisions in life. I also find it interesting that when I meditate or pray on a situation, The Universal Creator God will use a total stranger, friend or relative as a conduit to reveal the answer to my situation.

Visualize what you want to happen for the day. I’ve realize the more detail the visualization is, the better results.

One of my favorite mantras I use is this: Everything works in my favor. This seems to make the day go smoother, the things that start off as a disaster turns around. The reason for this is because it’s a simple way of tapping into the subconscious mind to change a situation around.

Your subconscious mind is your auto pilot, the store house to your conscious mind, that allows you to gain control of your emotions, allows more focus and this is where your creativity lies.

Look within for the answers, because you are where the answers reside.

How Do You Portray Yourself? Enhance Your Image in 7 Steps

Ponder these points to enhance your self-image as well as how others see you:

1. What kind of person are you? How would you describe yourself?

2. List your positive personal qualities. What are the very best things about you? Spend some time looking at your actions.

* Maybe you consider the needs of others over your own.

* Perhaps you're a very giving person.

* You might see yourself as patient, kind, confident, or "devil-may-care."

* You could be a pioneer of sorts-you're never afraid to try something new.

* Do you step up to help an elderly neighbor anytime she needs it?

* Are you an "idea" person at work where others look to you to problem-solve a situation?

3. What are your motives related to your personal choices? Why do you think it's important to (fill-in-the-blank)?" Ponder what motivates you to complete a task, stay in shape, and whatever else you came up with related to your positive qualities.

4. Which kind of remarks about yourself do you usually make: positive or negative? If you tend to put yourself down, what compels you to do so? Are you trying to be humble? Do you encourage others to have a negative picture of you?

5. List the negative comments you make to others about yourself. Include all of them-"I'm so fat" or "I can't seem to find time to clean the house" or "Nobody at work ever notices what I do." For each comment, allow time to jot down specifically why you believe you say these things.

* For example, for the "I'm so fat" comment, rather than saying "Because I am" as your reason why you say it, troubleshoot the situation. What specifically makes you feel you're fat?

* Your reasoning could look something like, "Because I'm 20 pounds overweight, according to the weight charts" or "because I'm wearing a size 38 pants instead of 34 like I used to wear."

* The goal here is to determine the underlying reasons you make these statements. By becoming aware of your reasons, you'll put yourself on the path to raising your opinion of yourself.

6. Do you want to change something about yourself? If so, what could you do? Decide to change your actions if you want to change your results. Make a plan with achievable steps to your goal.

7. It's solution time. You can accept the way you are without any more negative statements or you can endeavor to change whatever it is that brings about your comments. If you decide to make a few changes, start now to work toward those goals and have confidence in your ability to change.

* Your conversations will reveal your new, more positive outlook!

Become the person you want to be by refusing to say anything negative about yourself to others. Share positive experiences with zeal without overdoing it. Through what you say to others, you can re-shape what they (and you) think of you.

You'll discover more happiness, experience more self-respect, and become more comfortable with the incredible person you are!
